cannot export project in Rush: forcing me to purchase

i've been using rush for a few years now.  just today i cannot export my project and i'm being forced to upgrade.  is there any way around this?  have i exceeded my cloud limit?  have i exceeded my free number of projects?  why am i now seeing "Buy Premier Rush at adobe.com today." with "dismiss" or "buy at adobe.com" buttons?

 

i know they want me to purchase, that's obvious, but why now?  and why no expiration message BEFORE i started my project?

Hi @KERNSEY,

It's possible that you are using HEVC footage which isn't supported for the Starter Version, which you have. Could that be the issue? I hope we can help you.

i will check, but these clips are from the same iphone that i've been using and uploading from for years now.

i'm a dummy.  i was using a premium title card which was prompting the purchase.  problem solved!
