Cannot figure out the crop feature…..

Would a board Rush expert please tell me how to crop a video and do some basic maintenance to a video?  

I am hard of hearing and cannot phone someone about this.  So message me here and my public email [email removed as per forum guidelines].  I would really appreciate it.  I am the CEO of a very worthwhile nonprofit agency and am also looking for an expert, that has the patience for a Rush beginner like me, to ask you periodic questions via the above email?  I am a 501c3 IRS and State certified and legal nonprofit.  I always use an iPad Pro, FYI, we do not have a desktop.  Let me know please.
