Cannot import mov files

I have A Samsung note 10+. Trying to import a mov file but it won't show up as a file to import from my device. Tried via Dropbox and though the file is selectable, it doesn't import, gives an error saying cannot import.

The file was exported via premiere Pro on a pc and has an alpha channel as the clip has some transparency. Now I'm going to assume Rush can't handle that? Too complex?
