Cannot open project in Premier Rush

Twice in a row I have spent several hours editing the same project and both times Rush has crashed and won't let me open to project again.

I can open other projects I have done previously, just not this one.

I'm paying a monthly subscription for this software and its doing my head in that it keeps doing this!! I takes up hours of my time! Is this now the norm for Rush?

I have reinstalled a previous version and tryed uninstalling and reintsalling and neither worked.

I am running version 1.5.20 of Rush and Windows 10 version 10.0.19041 Build 19041.

I see other people have had this issue, has anyone found a reliable fix?

Hello! So sorry for this issue. If you can provide the following info

1. Launch Rush, attempt to open the problematic project

2. Zip up and send me the folder located here

C:\Users\[your name]\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Common\Team Projects Local Hub\

Questions:

  1. How long were you editing the project before the problem occurred?
  2. Did you successfully close and re-opened the affected project previously?
  3. Is this a local-only or synced project?
  4. Do you remember what effects and features were used, beyond audio and video (e.g., titles, speed, etc)?
  5. How many clips are inside the projects (10, 20)?
  6. Can you send a screenshot or recording of the project error

Thanks very much for providing these details.

Same issue. And a lot of similars have been reported. Guess it is just better to move on to another video editor.

Btw mine crashed due to the lack of space on the drive on Windows. It run out of space, and while I was reviewing the video for export the app crashed. From then on, nothing brought back the project, the app only displays a gray screen when I attempt to open it and is stuck there.
