Cannot search thru photos or see specific albums

I want to create a project using a few video clips that I took years ago and I am not about to scroll all the way down to them. Why is there not an option to see specific albums from the google photos app on android or other storage apps such as files in the Adobe Rush Premiere android app?

Google Pixel 6. No, what I am saying is that there should be a functionality where you can choose from specific albums in google photos instead of having to search from all photos. Does that make sense?

Thanks for writing in. Which Android device are you using? Have you tried to copy your files to your phone and then try to import them?
