"Lovely" to see that there's been no useful response from Adobe , more-so they've stirred the pot with their comment . It seems like the only "alternative" is to use a different software , I too tried with Smart Switch but it seems Video doesn't display at all , so it's useless.

Can't believe it's the latest and greatest that Samsung has to offer and Adobe isn't providing support for it , or at least address these concerns, for a while now...

Hi -

I had Rush on my 21 Ultra, upgraded to the 22 Ultra when it cmae out - and Rush was working hunky dory all this time. I was cleaning up my phone and somehow deleted Rush - and now I learn it's not even a compatible device. Reading all the thread tells me I was lucky the last several months, as it must have come through my Smart Switch originally as the dates on these posts tell me. I still have my smart switch backup on one of my laptops - I'm going to try and see if I can manipulate the program. Will post back if the results prove to shell out subpar standards. . .

Nope. Just download VN app instead. It is not only better than Rush it's also free. We all have moved on since Adobe clearly doesn't care about us using their product

It's better maybe if you just want video on a phone but useless if you want a rough edit on the go with access to your libraries, that can be opened in Premier once you are back at a desktop/laptop.

Hi All,

Since Adobe has decided they don't want us using their product anymore I will recommend VN app. I've been using it since Rush isn't available to us and it's actually MUCH better than Rush is. It's also FREE.

I have also now installed the VN and deleted the Rush ABO.
But if Adobe simply can not or will not give a reasonable answer then the customer have to switch to other software. I also work in software development. But there is always a roadmap when what comes.
And I must say ... the VN is significantly better and also compatible.

Just a quick workaround that I used for my Galaxy S22 Ultra. Take another device (your old phone if you still have it) and install Samsung Smart Switch (already included on Samsung phones) then choose to transfer apps to your new Galaxy S22 Ultra, then choose Adobe Rush. It transfers the actual application from your other device bypassing the store and works without issue thus far.

This didn't work for me unfortunately. Adobe rush just seems to crash on the S22 ultra for me.

Anyways Adobe should be providing support for S22 and S22 Ultra. We shouldn't have to resort to workarounds when both Adobe and Samsung both talked about the app being available for this device at the Samsung Galaxy unpacked event
