Cant export from an android Galaxy 10+

I have subscribed to the Premiere Rush and tried to export the project 2mints into my device but it says I have reached my export limit. However, I have deleted all projects on my cloud so it is not supposed to be limited. Anyone can help with this?

    Hi there!

    Sorry to see that you're unable to export the files from Premiere Rush.

    • Which device are you working on?
    • Could you log out and back into the Creative Cloud account and see if you're still getting the issue?

    You can try to uninstall and reinstall the application.

    Let us know if it brings any change.
