changing time speed locks up Rush.
When changing the time on a clip why does Rush always lock up and have to be restarted on iPhone 16 Pro Max?

Sorry for the trouble. We've seen other reports of Premiere Rush freezing or crashing when adjusting clip speed.
Unfortunately, Premiere Rush is now at end of life and is no longer being updated for newer devices such as the iPhone 16 Pro Max. For future projects, I'd recommend transitioning to Premiere Mobile.

Sorry I don't have a better solution for Rush.
