Charging for premium graphics in Rush

Why am I being asked to start an additional subscription now for graphics in Adobe Rush mobile when I have a subscription already and have had since subscriptions started.

    I have the cloud subscription that includes pretty much everything but the 3D building software. When I made an edit on yesterday it seems that it's not giving that same messsage so maybe it's been corrected.
