Sorry for the trouble and frustration you've experienced with your 4K exports.
Premiere Rush is being discontinued on September 30, 2026, so at this point I would recommend transitioning your projects to Premiere on desktop or Premiere on iPhone, where you'll have more control over export quality and color.
