Clicked rename instead of duplicate sequence

Like an absolute idiot, I spent 5 days putting together a brand launch video in Rush and once it was complete, I then went to produce a shorter version for internal TV screens. 

Instead of duplicating the sequence, I renamed it, deleted most of the sequence and then only realised my mistake today. 

I cannot find a "restore to date" function in Creative Cloud and I have Onedrive sync turned on, but neither options are bringing up a way to revert this sequence file back to it's original state from Friday. 

It's not a dead loss because I completed the video but I would have liked to have used some of the timings in a future production.
