Clips missing in my cloud document

I had this project in my cloud for a couple months and then when i decided to jump back into it a lot of the files are missing! some of them are still there but i unfortunately deleted all the original clips after i saved it to the cloud and now i don't know what to do! 

you can see the clips that have photos on it are clips not deleted and the some of the audio isnt deleted but what do i do about the stuff that is deleted?
