cloud storage

Hi,

I got a note that my cloud storage (100GB) reached full, so I deleted many videos on the cloud. However, it did not change the situation. I do not want to upgrade it. How do I know the cloud storage usage on line? Does Adobe have a plan to show the usage?

Hi Kazuo98C6!

Thanks for writing in. You can go to the Creative Cloud desktop application. Click on the cloud icon and check the usage. Attached image for reference:

Thanks Kartika,

I was able to see the usage and delete all files. Basically, deleting files on Premiere Rush app is not sufficient to make room. I have to go to CC account to do so.
