Colors/Tones change after exporting my video. ??

My video was fine before export but after export some parts of my video looked like the went through a filter. I went back a checked my original video that is in Rush and it looks just the way it's supposed to.. and then I look at the exported video and their are major changes to the lighting all throughout the video. I filmed a lot of warm scenes with candles and warm lights. At the beginning the warm candles are perfect.. but then all of a sudden theirs this bright light-like filter that seems to be on it.. almost like the candles are sitting in the sun.. but I filmed in a dark room.. it's relay weird and I don't know what to do. I tried exporting with different frame rates just in case that was an issue.. but they all keep doing the same thing in the exact same parts. I don't know what to do or where to even fix it. Any help would be great. I attached a few example pictures. Thank you.
