Compatability with windows 10

I just built a new PC with Core i9 16gb ram windows 10 version 20H2 os build 19042.685 and all adobe apps say they are not compatible? whats going on? Im getting ready to go with another video editor.

    Your specs seem to check out... When you start an application, what exactly happens? Are you unable to start *any* of the CC apps, or just certain ones?
