I have made an edit that took hours to make and it will not even let me access the video I do not know what happened but it needs fixing now

I can see that this is your first post here, so you may not realize that this a user-to-user forum. Adobe staff may reply on occasion, though.

 

Either way, if you'd like help from the community, you might want to provide some additional details such as 

  • Which device and operating system are you using?
  • Are you trying to access your Premier Rush project or your rendered video?
  • What steps did you take?
  • What happened when you took those steps?
