connectivity issue

Hi there,

whenever I'm out of my house i can never open premier rush as it says there is a connectivity issue.  I have tried restarting and using the cleaner tool but the result is still the same . Please can you provide any further assistance.

    Hi YanC!

    I have a couple of questions that can help me find a solution to your connectivity issues. Are you using Rush on a laptop or a smartphone? What system version is your device updated to? For example, my iPhone is updated to iOS version 12.01.1 and my MacBook is updated to macOS 10.14.1.
