Could i get some help on my project that says "Error, open production failed", when i try to open it

When I open my project it says "Error, open production failed" and I am unable to open it regardless of my efforts, i have spent multiple hours working on this project and it is really upsetting to find all my work gone 😞

  • Which device are you using?
  • Does it happen with a specific project?
  • What type of media files are you editing (codec/ format, frame rate, frame size)?
  • Have you tried signing out and back into Premiere Rush?
