Crashing / Lagging

Just like others, I have problems with crashing and lagging using Premier Rush on my iPhone 15 pro max. I have a tremendous amount of storage on my iPhone. I have deleted all of the content in the app and storage. There is absolutely nothing on my app except for two video projects now. One is a simple imported video I took on my phone and one with editing (effects, color and audio). The simple video exports without an issue. The edited one lags a lot when playing in the app. And as soon as I click on export, it freezes and crashes. The problem seems to be the additional changes and effects added to the video and the app cannot handle it. That is a problem since this is the purpose of the app. 

This is a major issue and don't understand when I read that the support can not seem to replicate the issue. This has been an issue that has been happening since the beginning of last fall and I have read hundreds of post and reviews with people having this issue. Just look at the reviews in the App Store. When can we expect this to become serious enough to fix?

I have the latest phone model, with tons of space, the latest OS and the most current version on the app. Please help. Thanks.

Hi @Dostrece,

I did tell the team about a problem specific to the iPhone 15 Pro Max and they could not reproduce it. Sorry about that. I'll let them know once more.
