Crazy software crash

After I edited a video using Rush, every time I wanted to save the file to the desktop, a message popped up at a fixed point in time asking for the HEVC extension module, but I already had this module. Then the software crashed and would no longer continue converting.

 

This is not the performance of a paid software.

 

Don't question my hardware, I have a top-notch computer

Hi @Nick Yanggg,

What kind of subscription do you have? Is it the "starter" version of Rush? That might be the issue. Let us know.

Yes, I subscirtion Premiere Rush not RPO. Only PRO support HEVC?

Yes. You can transcode the file to H.264 to work with Rush or you can subscribe to the full version. I hope we can help you.
