Currently on the 7 day free trial of Premiere Rush using Windows 10

On my final 48 hours of the free trial and it has taken me 30 mins just to open the community support window. Not sure if it's my system or a download issues with Premier Rush but I have not been able to use the thing the whole time. The Cloud page takes the longest to upload. Once it's finally up and running I open an application then things get even crazier. For example, the automatic downloads don't stop it hangs on to my cloud for hours if I let it. Never completing a download never allowing me to even test the system. Frustrating and now liking that I cannot reach support for immediate assistance.

Are you having internet issues?

 

You might also try opening the Creative Cloud Desktop app. If you're already signed in, then try signing out and back in again.

 

Also, Rush does have a free version available that isn't time limited, but it is feature limited:

 

Is this where you tried to contact Adobe support?
