deciding which video editing software to use/buy

Can I easily edit slides,audio and video content using this software, I am using android and a chromebook 14 ? thanks

what are you refering to as selected devices ? Do you mean compatible devices fro chromebook and android in this instance ?

Thanks for writing back. As of now, Premiere Rush is not available on all Android devices. Which device do you have? You can check the list in the given article to confirm if your device is supported. Also, I think Rush is not supported in Chromebook.
