Desktop version crashing every time I click "create a new project"

Everytime I load into premiere rush to try to start a edit, as soon as I click on "Create a New Project" my application crashes every time, and has been doing this for about a week now. I made sure there was not any updates for the software. I've tried logging out and back in, uninstalling and reinstalling and nothing seems to help. been using this software for months and have had no issues and all a sudden it starts to give me troubles. Any suggestions?
