Did ADOBE realy just Dump My project?

So Last month  thought I'd I'd Completed  a project I'd been working on sometime ago  buckle down invest in a subscription and realy get my design knowledge together I never trusted the cloud option? but this the future right?In paying for a service I have it on multiple devices. I'm multi medium Artist music comercial Art Over Decades I'veost Decades of blood seer anf tears. Between. Apple and Companies Just deciding  to dump discontinue Abandoned I

I'm hoping my project will be a. accessible via my desk top O have a project  that was near and dear to think I'm wont be able to Completed It devastating speechless   wow I I have  I just cant believe it so I opened one ooject and every everything was gone so it appeared that Iif it said clous an phone I was good at is it appeared  that if it said cloud
