Difference between rush mobile and rush computer

If I take Adobe Rush Premium on my mobile, which is cheaper than the one on computer, will I still be able to modify my projects on my computer through Creative Cloud? Thanks!

Thanks for writing in. A rush mobile-only plan lets you access your project on mobile devices only. Whereas, in the desktop version, you can sync your project across mobile and desktop. For more details, check here: https://helpx.adobe.com/premiere-rush/kb/starter-paid-rush-upgrade.html
