Disable pan and zoom

Is there a way to disable the pan and zoom feature by default? When I add a photo it is automatically on and I would like to disable that.

    I want to know this too. I really hate the Ken Burns effect. I only use stills in Rush and having to disable it for every one is a lot of work. Please help!
