Disappearing projects on Premiere Rush

Hi,

I restarted Rush after a system update on my laptop... Only to notice 3 projects had disappeared.

They're still on my Rush mobile app. But not anymore on the desktop althought Sync is on (and that's the device the sequences had been uploaded on)

How can I get them back on?

Hi, nicourant,

That's odd! Sorry for the trouble. Here's how to resync your project.

Open Rush on your mobile device
From the project browser, tap on the "more options" menu ...
Select "Turn sync off" from the menu
After you turn off sync, go back into the menu and select "Turn sync on"

Hi Peter,

Thank you for your answer. Unfortunately, I tried and my projects are still invisible.

Any other thoughts?

I had this happen early on, but when I logged out of my CC account and came back in again, everything returned to normal. I hope you're able to recover your projects!
