Does RUSH ever work for anyone?

I keep importing videos into Rush, creating videos on the go on my Phone. But EVERYTIME I open Rush on my computer, I get Red screens with exclamation points. And when I try to open Rush files in Premiere, they are ALWAYS missing media. So all of my projects never get completed or exported.  Im an ACP and I can't figure it out.... 

I have tried "Turn Sync Off" and then "Turn Sync On" but all to no avail.

this is driving me crazy!
Anyone?
