does rush have 4 video layers?

Is it for real that it is only possible to add 4 video layers? and the last layer will always be added as the 1st? It is so limited for the price we pay! Can someone help?

Sorry about that. As of now, there are 4 video layers available in Rush. Please submit this feature request here so that our product team will review it for future development.

Also, could you elaborate on this- the last layer will always be added as the 1st?
