I am so upset that I just found out that this software doesn't support .jpg files. How can I get a refund? This is not what I was expecting from this software.

Hi @Paul Cons,

Thanks for the message. You say your .jpg files are not importing? I hope we can help you. Can you share one of those files with the community? We can check the file for you. Sorry for the frustration.

Thanks,
Kevin

Hi Kevin

Thank you for your reply. I just wasted 45 minutes of my time talking to two Indian reps from the Cancellation and Refund Dept who can't do anything to help me because they said I had to talk to Apple for the refund. I have done this before and Apple doesn't not do refund of 3rd party products.

Can you escalate this to someone who can?

Paul

Hey Paul,

Thanks for the message. Sorry Adobe staff could not help you resolve the problem. See if this doc from Apple might help: https://support.apple.com/en-gb/118428.

Take Care.

Thanks,
Kevin
