Can't download new videos it's saying not supported and want let me download my new content.

    Hi,

    iPhone? Turn off spatial audio in Camera Settings. That is the thing most people are facing. New footage should work. Older footage would need to be transcoded in Handbrake or Shutter Encoder (if you do not have Media Encoder).
