Drone footage .mov files wont open in Rush

I have paid for the premier Adobe Rush subscription, when I try to import .MOV files of drone footage into Rush it says "Media Error - unsupported file type". Why cant Rush handle .Mov footage and what do i need to do to get it to work?

    Which codec is used? Is it HEVC? If so, which subscription do you have? Let the community know.

    Ended up paying for Luma Fusion and all the clips that didn't work in Adobe Rush works perfect in Luma. I think this switch was for the better, higher quality editing program compared to Rush
