Dropbox no files

I have my droobox account linked to adobe rush but it doesn’t show the files I have on Dropbox in adobe rush. I’m trying to edit a video on my iPad however I can’t see my files.

On your iPad, open the Dropbox app and verify you can see the files listed there.

If so, try restarting (Power Off/Power On) your iPad and then opening Rush,  clicking add, selecting Media > Dropbox and see if the files now appear in the directory.

In my experience, if you have opened the Dropbox source panel once in Rush,  it appears as if the available files do not refresh as they are added to Dropbox . . . but I'm not 100% sure about this.

Try the above and see if it helps.
