Editing Box - Green/Pink

When I attempt to edit my clips - the preview box shows my footage as green/pink and blurry. I have restarted my computer several times, am running the most recent version of Rush and have my Intel Graphics Driver up to date.

I am running an Intel(R) UHD Graphics 620.

Please help!

    I think the issue was with the new windows 10 update - I ended up going back and downloading the driver mentioned in a previous issue that seemed to solve the problem.

    I'm so sorry to hear this! Can I ask how you're updating your graphics card? Are you doing it through your computer or through the Intel website?
