Editing Photo Clip Length

I am trying to create a short video where each photo I imported is displayed for less than 1 second.  Every time I manually select the clip length (lets say 0.4 seconds), Rush immediately reverts that clip to some length over 1 second.  Is there a fix here?  TIA!

Also having the same issue! If anyone knows how to fix this, I'd also be interested in the answer!

I have the same issue - I was working on a project which involves adding in lots of photos with around 6 and 2/3 photos a second (1 every 0.15 seconds) but the time on Premiere rush once it reaches 0.3 seconds it goes from that to 1 second which makes it really weird. Look at the times in the bottom left corner of images.
