Effects option not working

I just upgraded and the pan / zoom / motion effects are grayed out and unavail. What's up?

Hey there,

Pan and Zoom only works on still images (for now)

Are you trying to apply it to a video clip, by chance? Here's a great walkthrough from our Community Professional, Anissa Thompson.

Hope this clarifies. Pan & Zoom will support video in upcoming releases!
