Error Compiling Movie in Premier Rush when exporting

Audio has been distorted and randomly jumping for a while now, takes me an age to sort but I have a work around that eventually works.

Now error code 3 on trying to export a 1 minute video, with nothing to click for advice on how to sort it or what it even means. 

Anyone have any ideas?!

Up to date version installed.

For the amount of issues for what should be such a simple programme, adobe Rush is not worth 10p let alone £110 a year. Inshot on mobile that was 9 quid works better (shaming!)
