It is an image in jpg format that I export from lightroom mobile, with an image resolution of 4500 x 5624 and others with a resolution of 10020 x 12524, all this I do from my smartphone and the same I take the pictures with my smartphone and export them from my smartphone, and it is not the first time that happens to me and many times I stop using Rush because of this kind of problems, I hope you can help me

Sorry to hear that. Could you try lowering the resolution of the image up to 4k? High resolution can be an issue.
