Error message "Motion Graphics Template Important Error" when adding graphics - not a edu account

Hello,

I have used this one my phone with no problem. I decided to try edit videos on my PC so I install Premiere Rush. When trying to add titles I get an error message "Motion Grpahics Tmeplate I:mport Error: An error occurred during download from Adobe Stock server. Please try again."

I looked and saw this issue is common with education accounts. I am just using a simple email login so I don't know why this would be occurring to me.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you.

Hi everyone,

There was some outages with the download service, but the issue looks to be resolved. Please give it a try and let us know if it is working as you expect.

Thanks,

Theresa

I've had this error too. When I spoke to an Adobe rep, they said it's a known issue and that they are working on it. There is a clunky workaround, you have to manually download the file and use the Motion Graphics Template window to import it into Premiere and it can be used in Rush.

This workaround is NOT working for me.  I re-downloaded the title file and tried multiple locations but when I'm in Rush they are not available.  I go to the Saved folder and it is empty. I have the folder in Rush that is empty, side-by-side with the File Explorer folder showing the .mogrt file for the title.  The file is there but Rush doesn't see it so I can't use it.  If I try to just insert that same title within Rush, I get the Error with the Stock Server message.  What a disappointment on my first learning experience with Rush.
