Error message to upgrade to a paid plan when importing iPhone video

I have a paid plan, how do I get Rush to be able to import videos I've uploaded from my iPhone? 

Rush is telling me it needs the HEVC codec which is included with the paid plan.

    Hi @janine9595,

    I read your note. You need a premium subscription for HEVC support. Do you have one? If not, you can try shooting in H.264 (Settings > Camera > Formats > Most Compatible mode). Can you try that? What happens? Let us know.
