Error message when trying to add graphic

I'm a new user to Rush. I'm trying to add a graphic to a video but I keep getting an error message saying 'An error occurred during download from Adboe Stock server. Please try again'.

Any ideas why?

    Hi. Go to your top toolbar and select "View", scroll down, and check select "browse Graphics".  Then try to add your graphic.
