Error occurred after uploading to YouTube

Hi guys 

I struggled many days with this issue I recently start working with adobe rush so I uploaded video and after render and publishing after all that I received massage [ an error occurred ]
I have tried in two accounts YouTube still got an erro occurred I tried short video and long but received the some massage again 

anyway knows that someone why and how can I solve this problem
