Error when exporting

Hi!

When i go to export my project I keep getting a error message telling me to try again. (Mobile version of rush run on Samsung s24)

Vid is 7 min long consisting of video filmed on Samsung s24 and iPhone, Mostly 4k. I've added a track and some text. Some iPhone videos seemed to not be supported as they could not play back while editing. Even if I remove those I still get an error message when exporting. Any remedies?

Hi @Felix_Frojd,

Thanks for your message. I'm Kevin from Support. I a mod and also a fellow Rush user. This is a user to user forum and the product team does not read these posts. Sorry.

I think the issue is probably related to using formats that Rush does not understand. You should shoot in 24 or 30fps, H.264 codec, no HDR, turn off iOS spatial audio, and other workflow adjustments. When you have an app that has not been developed lately for newer formats, you need to reformat the media. You may need to get the media onto a desktop computer and convert it all to H.264 at 24 or 30. I like to use Shutter Encoder. Try a test and let us know if it worked.

Thanks,
Kevin
