Error when importing video from dropbox in Premiere Rush on mobile device

Question

In trying to import to Adobe rush a video that is saved on my dropbox
But when I import media, the video is static.
I tried downloading to others platforms and worked just fine. The problem is only with Adobe rush using my Samsung s10 phone 
 
Anyone ?
