errors and unable to make videos in rush

Have been paying the premium price for 5 years for adobe creative software. Why is there not an update to correct this issue ?! I cannot upload videos to rush and it will not allow any new videos to upload- every time I receive an error message that the videos are invalid- along with a multitude of other issues like crashing and inability to make longer videos / this is the way to lose customers ! How do I get a refund for the months that I have not been able to utilize the app ? I see people trying to ask the same question in the community page and no one has a response or answer for them. -                   - I appreciate the help and response from the team at adobe  - hope  everyone is doing well and Inspired by the future /

Please delete my original message / rush no longer will upload videos from apple - I have paid the premium subscription price for 5 years at 59 a month - it is no longer worth the money since premier rush is not compatible with new apple video recordings. I tried to delete the message and there is no option / please delete my original post ?!!!!! Thank you so much.

Try turning off spatial audio in the camera settings of your iOS device. You can also try Project Violet on the app store, a free new app in Beta that supports all the new footage. Hope the info helps, @Hyuin.
