Errors since the last update

I've attached screenshots of some of the errors since the last update. The jitters are back as well as the playhead stalling. This is really messing with my CJ (creative juices) Please help this poor amateur video maker!

Hi Mary, 

 

Sorry for the issues you're running into. These issues seem to be related to your GPU. Can you try the following 

  • Reset preferences and plug-in cache 
    •  Hold down Shift+Alt while Rush is launching. 
  • Update GPU driver (Intel or NVIDIA)

Hi Peter... I've done what you suggested. Reset the cache and updated my
GPU driver. I do clear my cache after I've finished working and have closed
my projects. It was a bit of a rough start with playback, but everything
appears to be working correctly now. I really appreciate you getting back
to me!
