Export 15 second clips for Instagram

Any way to make Rush automatically cut the video into shorter clips for instagram. There are 3rd party apps that will do this, but I was wondering if I could do it all in one step. The idea would be to make my 3 minute video and then have rush trim it into either 15 second bites or 1 minute bites that I can immediately add to my story.

At the moment, Rush is designed for manual editing and doesn't have the capability to create automatic cuts.
