Export doesn't start or freezes at few percent

Hello,

since 2.x export/rendering freezes on my dell (i7) laptop...

I tried everything like uninstall or software rendering with no luck

Any help welcome as I 'm paying for nothing .

(dunno how to retrieve a log)

Sorry to hear that. Can you share your system details (OS, CPU, RAM, GPU)? Could you try resetting preferences and see if that helps?
