Question

Export in 4K options not showing

Hello

I have had the app for quite some time and i pay monthly £4.99 to be able to export in high quality. Even that I've upgraded my phone to a 15pro max and restored my purchases the option to export does not show. I have updated the app, deleted, reinstalled and still it doesn't show

    Hi @Benie-Francis356284122m5d,

    Thanks for the note. You may be shooting in a format Rush does not support. Try changing the camera settings to "most compatible," then try again. I hope that helps! Sorry for not responding earlier.
