Question

Export in mobile app crashes

Lately whenever I try to export my projects on the mobile app it crashes with error messages . It doesn't matter which resolution I choose . It happens on my samsung s23FE. Can it be duo to the exynos chipset ?

    Sorry about the crash. S23FE is not listed in the supported device. This could be the reason you're experiencing performance issues. You can also check the list: https://adobe.ly/49KaGug.
